Started off the morning with the Hot Water Tank going. Called Xpress Energy , took a picture of the hot water tank sent to the office. Hot water tank was replaced and up and running by Noon. Highly recommend. Great experience.

10/10 recommend. We haven’t had one bad service experience. Steve T delivered oil to us today and he went above and beyond to answer questions and provide honest recommendations. Customer service like this seems hard to come by these days.

We recently had our oil boiler fail just before the upcoming heating season. We had Jim out to provide quotes ( we had other quotes that were higher) for both oil and propane boilers. We oped for a high efficiency propane boiler; the installation was quick and efficient, with the removal of the oil tank and installation of a buried propane tank! The basement was extremely clean after installation and we are now ready for winter! Love working with Xpress Energy and their responsive team of professionals

This company is the best!! Our water heater caught fire and they came out within 2hrs to give us an estimate and the next morning they were here to install the new one. Jim, Fowler and Gavin gave us excellent service!!!

I’ve contacted several hvac companies to come and give me a quote for an install of a new oil furnace. A few showed, none submitted estimates. I contacted Xpress, and Mark was out within a day or 2 and he was actually happy to be there to give me a quote! Within 24 hours I had a quote emailed to me. Within a week they were out to replace my furnace and tank. Jeremy, Kevin, and Fowler worked great together. They were respectful, and went above and beyond. I hardly ever say this, but they left my house cleaner when they left. These guys really did an awesome job and deserve more than 5 stars.

I have been with Xpress Energy, formerly Superior Oil, since 2012 and have always been a happy customer. Recently my entire (ancient) HVAC system needed to be replaced. This became an urgent need when the AC unit compressor and fan capacitors failed. I made a single phone call to Xpress and within hours a representative was at my home to assess the situation. The price quoted for a new system was fair and highly competitive. Within a week my new system was installed. The entire staff was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about Xpress Energy and the employees. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a new system or repairs to an existing one. Thank you for a job well-done.
